Hello there,
I was wondering if someone could assist with a how to de-associate an account in Cisco Services Access Management from one company or party and associate to another.
When you do don't have contact with the previous company or their delegated administrator
Quick Timeline
I have looked everywhere i can imagine to try and disassociate myself, however it seams I'm missing something
Cisco ID is <removed>
Error Message when trying to associate the user to the company is
This user is already associated
Error Message when trying to associate role to user internal
The entered user ID was not found,or is not associated to your company. or No users that are associated to your company were found for this email address
Error Message when trying to nominate user as a company administrator
This user is already associated to party 15610. In order to nominate them as a Delegated Admin for this party, you must first disassociate them from that party. Note that any existing role assignments from that party will be inactivated when the user is disassociated.

A user can dissociate themselves from their "old" company by clicking "Remove" on this page:

Oops, hit "Submit" too soon. There should also be a navigational path to the above link from within the SNTC portal (somewhere in account administration), but I'm not sure exactly what that path is.

Hi Kevin,
I'm trying to disassociate my user id from my former company without associating it to the new one.
Can you please update the link?
Thanks,
Bogdan

Hello Bogdan,
You can manage this in the Partner Self Service tool at: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/account.html. Under Change Location, click the Change or Remove My Company Association link.
Cheers,
Cheri
