Change DA for SNTC

I have registered a wrong CCOID as Delegated Administrator for my company in Smart Net Total Care portal. Since it was a mistake, I would like to remove it and register the proper one. Despite reviewing different posts about this topic, I cannot see how to do it by myself, so I think I need help to deal with this.
