Changing company for CCO login

Hi, I am trying to get my CCO login associated to a different company. But I am having issue doing this, and I am currently not able to change it.

I have been to the following web page: https://www.cisco.com/go/pss/  but I have not been successful.

When I go to the self service portal and update my email ( as I am being asked to add my corporate email address) I get the above message

Then I submit the request and get the message:
