Cisco Service Connection Portal - Not Working..

Hi Community

 

Is there currently an issue with the https://services.cisco.com/ portal? or is it just me? Everything worked fine on Friday.

Must have been a Cisco Portal Issue, portal is working for now..

Spoke too Soon, issue still present :-(

Can you share the userid that you are using to access the portal?

I am a registered user of the Partner Support Portal (https://services.cisco.com/) and have been for some years and never had this issue. My CCO is chris.simm

This community is mainly for questions about SNTC.

For future problems you encounter with PSS you can use the PSS Community.  The PSS community url is: https://community.cisco.com/t5/partner-support-service/ct-p/5456-partner-support-service

Being PSS partner you are entitled for TAC Support as well for your issues with PSS portal.

As the products are very similar, I use both communities for assistance, reference and advice, I have always received excellent feedback from both. I thank you for your assistance but will continue to use both communities.
