Cisco Services Access Management (CSAM) missing roles

Good afternoon,

It appears that all of the roles that were available to assign to users are now missing.  Two weeks ago I associated several users to our account and assigned roles to them, but now the roles are gone and users cannot do anything in the portal.  I have admin rights and can still login and see everything I could see before.

Below is a screenshot of what I get when I try to assign a role to a user. 

If this is not the correct place, please direct me to where I need to go.

Good afternoon, 

This appears to be resolved.  I am now able to see all of the users that were added and they have the appropriate roles.

I will get somebody to test.

This is officially resolved.  Several users are now able to access the portal and retrieve data.
