It is possible that the Collector Appliance can manage the UCS devices?

Yes. You can add the UCSM (UCS Fabric Interconnect) to the CSPC. If you have any stand-alone UCS-C servers, you can individually add the CIMC interface IP.

The specifics could be different depending on which versions you are running.  Once you have SNMP enabled, you can add the devices to CSPC like you would any other router or switch.
