I have recently set up a new CSP Collector 2.7, added devices, and collected and uploaded data. However, the data is not showing in the SNTC Portal - the first attempted upload was earlier this month, around october 4th, but that attempt has not shown up in Upload Processing. Myself and another Customer Admin have attempted a few more uploads since then, and none have posted to the portal.
We did have an old collector set up previously that has since been taken down, and it had uploaded data successfully for many years. Any help is appreciated.

Hey kmoon27,
Can you double check the Smart Net total care portal to make sure you are selecting the correct inventory name the new collector should be uploading as I can see the uploads reaching our backend? The last successful upload is from 10/9, and I can see three uploads that were received today and waiting for processing.

This was the issue - I didn't realize there were multiple inventories. Thank you!
