I have a collector that runs successfully but will not upload to the portal. I have asked the customer to confirm there is not a proxy or Iron port and they confirmed they do not. The collector was rebuilt last December and added back to the portal and shows registration COMPLETE but the portal does not show items like Upload processing. is there a way I can confirm if am having certificate issues?

Hi Nathan,
It looks like you haven't been assigned the necessary user role to view the upload processing tab. You will need to contact your delegated administrator to grant you that access. If you are the DA, then you can increase your own level of access.

Thank you, that is the screenshot the DA sees when he logs in. Is there a way to prove that their is a certificate error? the customer assures me they have all the necessary ports open but it will not upload to the portal. I created an upload profile and ran it and everything passes accept for the upload to Cisco.
