Company Administrator cannot add users to portal

I would like to add the user gus*** in the SNTC portal but cannot because of the following error message as per attached print screen.SNTC_error.jpg

Hi User,


User can have access to portal when DA of the company add him via CSAM tool. After assigning role via CSAM, user needs to wait for upto 24 hr before access SNTC portal. Please request user to check now and let me know if user has any issue accessing SNTC portal.
