Connectivity Service is Not Running

Hello everyone, below I am producing an error in regards to the Connectivity Service between the portal and the Collector.

Could I get assistance on troubleshooting as to why we're receiving this error? Thank you.

Can you please advise if there was a fix for this issue? - we are experiencing the same error on a number of CSPC's
