Contract API failing

Getting error :

Customer Id is not associated with Partner
 
I used https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/customer-info/customer-details to obtain customerId , but still not working. Any clue ?

  • Company name 
  • Customer email address
  • customer CCO ID

Hi Balwinder , 

Here is the resolution summary that we have provided on the issue: 

  • Customer is facing the error while trying to Service API .
  • Customer is getting the error “ Customer ID is not associated with Partner”.
  • We have removed the role of API Developer of the user and added him again on the party id .
  • We have run a manual sync post adding the user .
  • Customer was asked to please try to access the API again .
  • Customer was able to access the service API .
  • Customer has given the confirmation for the case closure.
  • Hence, proceeding with the case closure.
