Hello There,
If the contract number value is displayed as Other or Partner Branded Contracts, this means that although contract details were found for the device, you are not authorized to access the details (in some cases it may be owed by different company).

I would like to check on the "Unknown" status a bit more for you, would you please be able to send a private message with the inventory name and device serial number you saw this at?
