We have an issue with the SNTC Portal, some time ago we can see the contracts on the Portal, but now we can't for some unknown reason.
Our client renew their contracts some time ago. I've attached an image.

HI,
Thanks for update via private message. I have noticed that collection had not been run with latest upload. Please make sure to run collection profile before upload. If you are using default SNTC collection profile, you do not need to run upload profile separately since default collection profile will take care of discovery (of managed device), collection and upload.
