We have a Customer that has a list of devices being reported as Uncovered in the portal but are actually covered (via CSCC and a SNIF). How can we update the portal to show accurate coverage information on devices?

I am Americas Lead for SNTC IB Reconciliation Team. I am interested in understanding what happened in this scenario. Is it a synch up issue between C3 and SNTC Portal? Or were the Serial Numbers really uncovered?
