CSAM Delegate access to partner.

We ask a future customer to delegate the view to us on their Smartnet portal, but the client informed us that during the process he can not tick the CBR User option, I believe that it is because we have not yet made any kind of sale to that client , can you help me ?

Hi There,

 

In order for CBR role to be available in CSAM tool, there is needs to be a smart entitled contract between Partner company and Customer Company. From your post it appears you do not have such contract for customer company.
