CSAM Failure

I am my company's Company Administrator.  I am trying to associate CCO users to my company so that they can access our SNTP portal.  But when I log into CSAM all I can get is the Home screen.  If I select any link or menu item it simply refreshes the Home screen.  I've tried the current versions of Chrome, Vivaldi, IE and Firefox, and I've tried clearing my cache.  No joy.

Hey Ron,

 

The fix for this issue is to access CSAM using URL: https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/

 

The user needs to strip out all characters in the URL address field that follow “csam/” (such as “/login.do?action=home”

Example: https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/login.do?action=home

 

Can you give this a try and let me know if you still have trouble getting in?
