Hi!
The customer added new user to CSAM and the status is approved. They received a confirmation that the access has been granted:
"You have been granted access to Cisco resources as Customer Administrator for SNTC at <customer name> as of 1 Aug 2017 09:51:16 GMT."
Unfortunately this new user still can't login to the portal. This user hasn't been reflected on SNTC portal --> Dashboards --> Admin neither.
The customer doesn't have Smart Assist, I believe they can't open TAC case for that.
Can you help us investigate the issue?
