I've tried to update via WebUI and CLI it's saying 'Server is down. Please try again later.'
With the CLI method I've tried enabling via 'conf serv enable' and get the same error. And also with 'conf serv disable' to reenter the CCO ID and get the same error as well. Screenshots of errors attached.
The version I'm currently running is:
admin# sh ver -d
Build-name : SNTC CSPC 2.6.4
Package-type : ServicePack
Version : sp-2.0.8-0-0-lnx64
Component : CSPC Base
Version : 2.6.4
Component : Rules Pack
Version : 3.24
Package-type : JeOS
Version : jeos-20.1.3-0-lnx64
Component : ConcsoTgw
Version : 1.6.4
Component : AdminShell
Version : 1.3
Component : Hardened CentOS
Version : 6.8 patch#0

Hi,
I had the same problem (Server is down error when trying to update) to update 2.7 to 2.7.4.1
I did the manual installation Page 3-2:
Copy the downloaded collector_2.7.4_Build-103.zip file to the CSPC in the directory /opt
Run cd /opt command as root
Unzip the downloaded file
Apply JeOS using the below command:
/opt/LCM/bin/lcmagent-apply.tcl JeOS jeos-30.0.0-0-lnx64.zip &
When the Collector reload I was able to update by GUI to 2.7.4.1

Hi user,
we have seen this error when ports (80/443) are not open.
Please verify that you have the proper access to the Cisco servers.
Please allow below IP addresses, host names, and ports so that the upload/upgrade processes successfully:
Please update me if there is any further concern.
Thanks,
Supriya

We checked all the ports and they are open, we're still getting Server is down errors?

Hi User,
I have further update on this. It seems issue related to bug CSCvd16364. As workaround mentioned in this bug, allow ICMP on firewall for server reachability.
Thanks,
Supriya
