Can CSPC and Service Now speak to each other in any way?

The answer is no, CSPC and Service Now have no communications options at this time. In the future, probably in calendar 2018, there may be APIs available to enable this but there's no established commitment at this time.

Apparently there will never be APIs from SNTC collector (CSPC) to Service Now.
I was after same thing, but since there was no response here I started a new thread below and had from Cisco Employee.
