CSPC collector dashboard issue

HI 

Recently installed new collector with below 

 Collection Platform Software 2.8.1.5

Version : sp-30.1.1-5-0-lnx64

when its accessed in web, dashboard is showing empty with no data .

can some one help on it

Do you mean  you do not see the graphs on the dashboard?  If so what Browser are you using ?

yes graphs are not displayed .

tried with chrome and Firefox .Same issue

I see... That happens because your browser is not allowing Flash player.  Example in  Firefox if you do not see  icon below to allow , you may need to install flash, or go to security settings to allow it

Please let me know if are able to view the graphs after you activate the plugin.
