CSPC IP Address Blocked

One of our management station IPs has been blocked by our CSPC installation for 10 days now.  The user which initiated the block was a remote TACACS user, specifically myself.  I've been managing the installation using the same user account from another management station since shortly after (< 5 minutes) the lockout.  How do I report on and clear the IP block?
