We got error “unable to get data from server for report: available updates” (see attached) when trying to update SW.
Tried rebooting the collector and Disabling/Enabling CCO ID Server Connection
Do we need to proceed with manual sw update via CLI as in:
Can you please try clearing the cache once and re-login to CSPC UI and update us if you still see the same behavior ?

Clearing the cache did not help. We did a manual update, i.e. downloaded the file collector_188.8.131.52_Build-10.zip and installed it manually.
