Hey everyone,
I have a customer that is currently stuck in a loop through getting CSAM Access. He reviews the pending legal agreement, but it loops back to the beginning after signing it etc. Furthermore, the former DA is still recognized as the DA whenever they try to sign-up for the SNTC Portal to any capacity.
Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
