Customer unable to grant me access to SNTC via CSAM

We've tried multiple browsers and incognito, clearing cache etc.  Customer unable to make it all the way through the process to grant CBR Admin.  Assistance needed.

you ae not specifying what steps, error message and stage of "all the way" means here

 

 

Meaning we can get to the point of selecting my CCOID and then the roles come up and none are selectable.  My ID and his ID are associated with the same contract, so that's not the problem.

Yes  but the request must come from the delegated administrator from Customer on CSAM since he/she is the only one that can authorize an access to a partner. ask the customer to open a post and request to add the partner as a user of CBR admin and Api, he will need toi provide the the details of his/her CCO an d email and the user partner cco and email he want to add those roles
