Hi,
I need support to add the contract with the client so that the SNTC portal can be created.
When adding the contract in the CCO client id returns error, that the company is not the same in the user's registry. But it is, same name and address!

Hi Jeff,
Do you know if the contract is associated with their CCO? They may need to go to Cisco Profile Manager and associated the contract to their account first.
