Customer previously on boarded to SNTC and had access to the Portal but is now being prompted to register. They are able to access CSAM but it is telling them they are no roles that they can apply to their account.
Can I please have customer name and user CCOID who had access to SNTC portal before and SNTC access is not there anymore? Please private message me all those detail.
