Data discrepancy between API and Web

Hello,

I write because I have a discrepancy data problem between the API and the Web.

Information is detailed below with an example of one serial number that I can send via private message.

Query via API

We are using the Cisco Serial Number to Information API to query all the information about coverage and contract data with the endpoint ‘Get Coverage Summary by Serial Number(s)’.

As can be seen, it does not return any contracting data (but the contract data exists because of you can check it via web).

But if we check this serial number via https://ccrc.cisco.com/ServiceContract/contract/ there is a related contract with 2 registers (1 active and 1 signed):
