Delegated Admin Functions

Hi Team -- Is there another step the Delegated Admin must complete in order to have access to functions in the screenshots I've included?

Hello Casey,

The DA or Delegated Admin is CSAM (Cisco Service Access Management) specific role.

The screenshot is from SNTC Portal, and the functions from these screenshots are available to Customer Admin. Does the DA in question have SNTC - Customer Admin role assigned?
