Device Import using Solarwinds Collector not connecting to SNTC Portal

I recently ran a report to upload our devices to the SNTC portal but nothing is showing up. I am showing on our NCM that the report is being processed by Cisco. How long does this typically take? I am going on 24 hrs with nothing showing up in our portal.

Hey Todd,

 

Per our conversation via PM, the upload from the NCM Connector should now be visible on the portal.  Please click on the pencil icon on the top of the left dashboard and select inventory name 'Solarwinds_Default'.

I also do not see this upload showing up in my portal under upload processing.

What CCO ID are you using on the NCM Connector and what is the company name as listed on SNTC Portal?  You can private message me this info via hovering over my username and selecting Send Message.

Once I changed the inventory name, never thought to do this, my inventory showed. Thank you very much for your help.

Thanks Justin. That was the issue. Now I see all 3k devices on my network.
