Device under contract not showing as covered in SNTC Portal

We have a router that is covered under a contract which is assigned to my account but is not showing up as a covered device in The SNTC portal. It instead shows as an uncovered device.

Please provide us the following details in PM (private message) so that we can proceed further on the issue : 

  • Company name 
  • Customer email address

Hi John , 

Here is the resolution summary that we have provided on the issue : 

  • Customer’s device is covered with a contract but showing in not covered in SNTC Portal .
  • Customer has been asked to provide the screenshot and discrepancy details so that we can proceed further on the issue .
  • Customer has provided the details .
  • Checked the transport file for the serial number . The serial number of the device is collected by the collector.
  • As we have checked the details , an incident INC7883561 has been logged to check the device coverage details.
  • The backend team has performed the sync up for the Serial number instance .
  • Customer has been asked to perform the upload for the inventory Flinders port to get the updated data on the SNTC Portal . 
  • Customer has given the confirmation that the data is showing correctly now .
  • Customer has given the confirmation for the case closure .
  • Hence, proceeding with the case closure.
