HI Cisco Team,
We have uploaded the offline inventory SNTC Portal once device delivered and whenever device in Production and it is reflecting in SNTC Portal.
Both Offline & online inventory available in SNTC Reports which is duplicate inventory. we required solution to remove the offline Inventory whenever device in production and discovered in SNTC.

Thanks for reaching out to Cisco.
I have checked your account details , i noticed three are 3 inventories under your company and you would like to delete the Offline_Inventory from the portal . Unfortunately, the capability of deleting inventories has not been enabled on the SNTC Portal as of now.
There is no user-initiated way to remove inventories. If you have a valid NLS1 or CSAS contract, you can submit a TAC case to the portal team to request the deletion.

Hi Krishna,
We have implemented the ability to delete inventories from the SNTC portal. This capability is available to Customer Admins and can be granted to CBR Admins. Please review the release notes for further details.
