ECMUS vs ECMU

Hi guys,

Just curious, what is the difference between the below two SKUs?

CON-ECMUS-SFFMCK9V
CON-ECMU-SFFMCK9V

I understand that ECMUS is Solution Support SWSS and ECMU is SWSS but what does the Solution Support add that isn't included in the SWSS.

The primary difference between CON-ECMUS-SFFMCK9V (Solution Support with SWSS) and CON-ECMU-SFFMCK9V (SWSS) lies in the additional level of support provided under Solution Support. While SWSS focuses on software maintenance, including access to software updates, upgrades, and technical support for Cisco software products, Solution Support extends beyond this to include assistance for the entire solution. Solution Support provides a single point of contact for issues not just with Cisco products but also with third-party vendors if their components are part of the solution. Essentially, Solution Support is designed to streamline troubleshooting and resolution for multi-vendor environments by coordinating with other vendors on your behalf, ensuring end-to-end issue management.
