Entitlement file generation failed

Hello team,

I am deploying a CSPC in order to get it working in my network, however when I try to generate the CSPC certificate in services.cisco.com I got the following error:

Entitlement file generation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists, find help in the community.

I already tried using different computers but no luck. As I see, this could be a problem with my account, so if someone from Cisco can help that would be great.
