Hello everyone,
I have an issue where the customer generates an entitlement, links it to their Collector, and then attempts to perform an upload. The upload is apparently successful, but the Collection itself is very strange in where it doesn't list any covered or not covered devices. No contract data populates, etc. SNMP strings were configured and verified as correct, version number of the collector is at its latest, and to further peculiarities - the SNTC Portal doesn't show the entitlement despite having it been generated and even successfully performing an upload from Collector to Portal. I also possess Customer information if one were to want to take a look at the SNTC Portal they possess, etc.
Could I have some insight on this issue or steps to best troubleshoot?
