Hi Team, hope you are all ok. As several others, one of our customers is trying to generate the entitlment file and keep getting the same error. Entitlement file generation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists, find help in the community.
We´ve already tried 2 PC, 3 browsers, clearing cache, incogino mode, etc. with no luck. We send a case to sntc-support and they told us to go to the community. Could you help us out? Customer is really looking forward to get the CSPC deployed.
