I am getting this error when trying to register in the Smart Net Total Care portal:
Your user profile does not have complete address. Please update your Cisco Account Profile with the complete address.
Cisco.com support team (web-help@cisco.com) confirmed that my account profile is complete. So it must be something else.
I am also having issues using CSAM to assign roles to my users. I always get an internal error.
Can you please help me out?
