Export/Import Data from Old to New Collector (2.10 to 2.11)

We build a new collector to replace the old one. To ensure that I am copying all collected data from old to new, please advise what data should I export and how? Also how do I import it to the new collector server?

We already have the Transport File Data (CP Export Jobs) which I have manually imported into SNTC. Thank you in advance.

Thanks @millerlw. But one reason we need to rebuild is because there was no root user/password configured in the old server. CLI password has expired too. Thus I'm looking for manual backup and restore.
