I see you removed yourself as the Delegated Administrator (DA) for CINTAC today, can you explain why this was done? Without this role you cannot assign yourself or others roles within SNTC. Please review this guide on how to assign yourself the role of Customer Admin for SNTC, https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/applications/spptauth/sam-help-guide.pdf#viewuserparty, and I will proceed with making you the DA again.

Hi Ana,

I've removed the previous association to the original entitled company and confirmed that the records updated after the latest sync; you should now see the correct EC name within the SNTC portal.

For future reference, it is important to note which entitled company details are presented during the self-onboarding process. If there is a concern or mismatch in expectations then this forum can be a valuable resource. Otherwise, direct support is available via the following email group:

Hello,

It looks as though you have not yet completed the legal agreement within the CSAM tool.

Current Status:
Awaiting Agreement Acceptance
Please access the below URL and complete the agreement.

Thanks Justin I will validate and I will tell you how it goes

Justin, I have completed CSAM but still cannot generate a new CSP-C entitlement

I have realized that the company with which the SNTC portal was associated is Novacero SA and it should be Cintac SA, could that be causing the problem?

What I indicated, my company is CINTAC SA and the SNTC portal mistakenly put NOVACERO SA. can we modify that?Captura de Pantalla 2020-08-07 a la(s) 10.23.05.pngCaptura de Pantalla 2020-08-07 a la(s) 10.23.25.png

Hi Ana,

Understanding that the company name was incorrect informed me that the necessary registration process was not completed. I'm not sure if you had coordinated with the manual onboarding team previously, but for future reference your direct line of support for on-boarding requests or changes will be sntc-support@cisco.com.

The symptoms you have provided confirmed that there was an incorrect association done which I have just manually updated. You should now have the correct company association; please return to https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam and verify that everything looks correct. You should have the same roles and access as before, and as a result your SNTC portal should reflect this. With these corrections, the functionality to permit you to create CSPC entitlements should now work without issue.

Let me know if there are any further issues regarding your company assignment or entitlement generation.

I have returned to https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam and verify that everything is correct. But NOVACERO SA still appears in the SNTC portal and it does not allow me to generate the CSP-C.

First you must go to CSAM and provide yourself only the Customer Admin role for SNTC with CINTAC.

Then while in SNTC you need to select this company CINTAC and generate the certificate there.

I have done what you tell me but NOVACERO continues to appear on the SNTC portal.

remove the company from the following link as recommended by support (https://rpfa.cloudapps.cisco.com/rpfa/profile/requestorupdate_association.do), but I still can't solve the problemCaptura de Pantalla 2020-08-08 a la(s) 14.12.39.png
