Hello, i am receiving the error below when generating a new CSP-C entitlement

Good day to you!

I have acknowledged this post. 

The entitlement creation shows this error, however the entitlement gets downloaded successfully and later you receive it in your Cisco mail.

However, if issue persists I would like you to send me the following details over the Personal message to look into further-

CCO ID-
PARTY ID-
COMPANY NAME-
Email ID-
