File Import Error

Hello, 

My partner is getting an error when attempting a file upload using the provided CSV template from the portal. The error says "An error has been discovered in the format of the CSV file". He has redownload the CSV template and still receives the error when trying to upload. I have a screenshot and a copy of the CSV they used if someone wants to reach out to me directly to look.
