File Import -- Repeat Error

Hi -- I have tried editing and re-formatting a file import multiple times for a customer but it is still not working. Is there are place I can test the CSV file prior to instructing the customer to import? I have re-downloaded the sample file multiple times and populated the data, deleted duplicates and blanks.

Hi There,

 

Can you please share the csv file that your tried through private message?

Also were you able to click on View Error link when you tried file import and it failed? This would give some idea as to what errors were encountered.
