I have had 2 customers grant me CBR Admin rights this week, one on Tuesday and one Wednesday, and I have not yet been able to see them in the SNTC portal. Historically, it's only taken 24 hours. Is there a known slowdown?

I am having this issue as well. Customer granted access to 2 of our CCO ID's and I watched on a screenshare to see they were done correctly AND received the confirmation emails but I don't see this client listed in my All Customers under Global Filters.
