Help pushing through CBR access

Was granted CBR access 25 hours ago and it hasn't gone through.  With Monday being a Cisco holiday, wanted to see if this can be pushed through manually ASAP.

>The user with the mentioned CCO ID teamibos70148 is active as a CBR admin role on the SNTC portal for the account Gila Regional Medical Center.
