Cisco collector configured I did collect and upload but hosts do not appear on the SNTC.

Yes I am using the Cisco Collector, Yes It has internet.

well, try to log as admin through cli and do a tcpdump to check current connection to Cisco domains.

tcpdump tcp and port 443

check if it is sending any packet to cisco domains.
