I would like to know whether there is any difference in the partner registration for Cisco Smart Care services and Cisco Smart Net Total Care and what the difference is if there is any.
Thanks.

Hello,
The SmartCare service is designed to be used by the partner so that they may support the end customer. The portal data and reports are designed to be used by the partner and delivered to the end customer by the partner. Smart Net Total Care is different in that the primary user is the end customer. The data/reports are designed to be used by the end customer. The customer is therefore the main user of the service but can grant their partner access to the portal to view the data.
Your customer’s Delegated Administrator will be able to set you up on SNTC to access their data. You can read about how to set up a partner on SNTC under the ‘Partner Onboarding to 3.x’ section of the Smart Net Total Care Partner Resource Library (https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/11933811/smart-net-total-care-partner-resource-library?view=overview).
Regards, Tim
