Due to my current SMARTNet that does not entitle on-site support, what is the process to get an FE on-site, how to get a quote? which Department shoud I contact?

Please contact the Cisco Reseller or Sales Account representative you purchased your current SMARTnet/SNTC contract from to upgrade to an Onsite Support service level.
