I'd like to invite our coworkers to access SNTC.

I got DA role of SNTC portal a few days ago and I'm not used to this portal so far. 

I'd like to give one of our coworkers to access the portal so that I watched how-to-video to assign role by myself.

I've tried to do that by using SAMT but I got the following error message:

Is there any way I can resolve this problem without SAMT. If it's impossible, does anybody happen to know how to access this tool?

I would be happy if someone help me solving this problem
