I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ACTIVE USER FOR ACESS CLIENT SNTC IN CSAM

Hello All,

I have a problem for active user in CSAM (Cisco Services Access Management), in User-Role Assigments>Assign Ruoes to users.
In EXTERNAL ROLES TO USERS AND ADMINISTRATORS I fill in the Cisco User ID and Users email successfully, but I can't apply the select role to the user, because the Company field is in without any company information but the cisco ID of this user is already linked to a partner account.
Could you help me insert the Company in this user.
I'll send you the CCO data in private.

• Company address.
• CCOID.
• Email.
• CR Party Id.
