Hello,
I've completed my contract registration but am unable to access the SNTC portal, even though my account already has SNTC roles assigned in the CSAM Portal.

I understand that you were granted access to the SNTC through CSAM, however, you are currently unable to access the SNTC portal.
Please provide the following information in a private message so I can check further:
Company name:
CR Party ID:
CCOID affected:
Once above information is provided, please allow me some time to validate it internally, and I will get back to you with my findings.
