Hi,
Today, I did a discovery and uploaded to my SNTC Portal but an especific host not appear All Equipment Inventory and when a see on All Host Inventory it appear without some informations (Product Family, Product Type, SW Type) like others.
I need help.

Apologize my delay to answer, i discovered ont the portal that the device isn't supported for SNTC Portal. It's explain about the informations that not appear:
PID: WS-C4510RE-S7+96V+
But why this device not appear on the Equipment Inventory, only on th All Host inventory?
